Bind & Wind
…where spinning and journaling come together
Saturday, September 14
Do you love journals and stationary? Do you love wool?
Join us for the first ever fiber arts retreat hosted at the Fool X the World! We’ll start the day with guest teacher and bookmaking expert Charlou Lunsford, who will help us design our own spinners journal. We’ll break for lunch and then Meagan Condon will teach us about the spectrum of woolen to worsted spinning, which we can sample in our brand new journal! Weather permitting, we’ll wrap up with a firepit, spin-in and an opportunity to play with the extra class materials.
We’ll also be featuring paper from local papermaker Evan Johnson of Fred Paper Co!
Limited seats available!
The retreat fee covers all the materials you will need as well as lunch and snacks.
